While this is just a minor inconvinience and not at all a reason for complaining what happened next is. My girlfriend went ONCE to the frontdesk to ask in a friendly way if anything could be done about the wifi situation.
The reception proceeds to barge in our room claiming we do indeed have wifi and that it is our fault for not being able to use it. Now, we are tech savvy and have about 5 wifi capable devices none of which worked so this is obviously a bold face lie.
Starts calling my girlfriend a "bitch" and a "piece of shit" as well as behaving in what she perceived to be a physically threatening manner.
